Bio: I’m an artist, public speaker, and social entrepreneur who began teaching 7th & 8th grade English in 2009 as a Teach For America corps member in Nashville, TN. It was there that I fell in love with Education. In 2012, I moved back to Birmingham, AL, and began working as an Education Specialist at an Education Technology company. Today, I continue to work from 9 – 5 as a Sr. Program Manager and from 5 – 9 as LegacyWorks’ Lead Team Director.
